STRONGER: Strength & Conditioning for Women Currently running every weekday at 9:30am (excluding Tuesday) Our 45-minute STRONGER classes combine effective strength and conditioning training in a baby and child-friendly environment, making exercise accessible for every woman. Designed specifically for women, all exercises are scalable to suit your individual fitness level, with modifications provided to ensure inclusivity and safety for everyone. With expertly crafted in-house programming, you'll feel challenged, supported, and inspired as you work towards your goals alongside a community of like-minded women who truly understand motherhood.
